Summer Breeze Villa is located at the elevated part of Sitio Diniwid, Barangay Balabag, along the road called Bukid Way, off Diniwid Beach Road, a location considered to have green mountain views and under 5 minutes walking to Diniwid Beach, where Restaurants and Bars are located like Wahine, Microtel, Nami Resort and Spiders House Resto Bar to name a few. The Villa comfortably accommodates at least 8 persons. It has a Master bedroom (bed 1) with Queen bed & dressing area, bedroom 2 with 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Double bed, and bedroom 3 (ground floor) with Queen bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 directly open on to a charming first floor balcony. As well as Lounge (seating and TV) areas at both ground and first floor levels, the Villa has a fully equipped indoor kitchen adjoining a covered outdoor eating and seating area. Toilets and bath up and down with hot showers (additional outside “after beach” shower), Balconies up and down, Dining areas – in and out. It's a gated property with beautiful private and secluded tropical gardens and seating/barbecue areas. The garden incorporates a Bodega, which houses the Emergency Generator. Entirely separate from the main Villa, and with it’s own gated exit to Bukid Way, is a fully self-contained apartment. At ground level, is an open plan seating area providing private staircase access to the first floor apartment, comprising a large studio room with queen size bed (bed 4), with its own toilet and full bath, as well as it’s own full kitchen and dressing and closet areas. The studio room opens on to a covered balcony/recreation area. There is a further bedroom/office at ground floor level (bed 5) with one double bed. This villa is also near Citymall the first ever shopping mall ( with Watsons and Savemore) in the Island, it is just 5 minutes ride from the foot of Bukid way road, a mall for shopping foods and other necessities. Diniwid Beach is beach Cove that is just bounded by an 8 minute walk thru the rock footway and you are already at the Stretch of Boracay’s world famous long white Beach which has so much to offer in terms of diverse restaurants with international cuisines, high end accommodation, and an array of night life destinations.
Villa is 5 minutes walk to Diniwid Beach and 2 minutes drive going to Citymall. From the Villa a walking distance to the long white beach.
